Dr. Daniel Hillel, pre-eminent environmental scientist, will bring a global perspective to soil and water management challenges when he delivers the keynote address for Penn State's 2005 World Food Day activities. His speech, "Toward Efficient and Sustainable Management of Soil and Water resources: Lessons from the Past, Prospects for the Future" is part of a day-long observance including a hunger information fair and a series of video presentations.
