West Virginia Commissioner of Agriculture Douglass urged citizens throughout the state to observe World Food Day through food donations. Donations were dropped off at the Capitol Farmer's Market, the Department of Agriculture and the campus of West Virginia University Institute of technology. A Hunger Walk preceded the teleconference on the campus.
