World Food Day will be observed in Laredo, Texas on October 14, 2005 at Noon. It will be at Woodmen of the World located on 5409 Springfield Ave. It will be a luncheon. Admission will be free. City & County officals along with community leaders and non-profit organizations will reflect on the issues of hunger that affect our community and Hurricane Katrina victims.
